I’m Kelly Martin—Yoga & Stretch Specialist at P.F.G Mechanix Fitness & Recovery Hub.
I have always been passionate about staying active. In my 20s, I taught aerobics and enjoyed dance, step classes, and Jazzercise. Later, I discovered yoga and was inspired to become a certified teacher. But, for many years I prioritized my family and work, and now that I am retired, I have more time to focus on my health and fitness goals.
I began working with Chima three years ago. Through osteopathy, he has helped me improve mobility, and with weight training, I am stronger and more confident than ever.
Recently, I completed a Science of Stretching course highlighting the importance of flexibility and range of motion, especially as we age. Stretching improves posture, balance, and helps to prevent injury.
